We founded The Vaillancourt Law Firm to advocate for families with young children and families who have members with special needs.
Our own personal connections inspired us to start the firm. Hillary Vaillancourt is the proud sister of a brother with special needs. After years of advocating for his rights, Hillary drafted the Deaf Child’s Bill of Rights, which Pennsylvania adopted as a regulation.
Both Hillary and her law partner, Alyson Roberts, have lost close loved ones, and this is part of what inspired them to go into estate planning.
Any lawyer can draft a will, but we take pride in getting to know our clients. Our goal is to help create the peace of mind that comes from knowing your family’s needs are taken care of. We will develop a customized estate-planning strategy for your unique situation that will serve you well both in the short and the long term.
Family is the most important thing to us, so we totally understand how important your family is to you. Everything we do is to help increase your family’s well-being and peace of mind.
When you need an estate-planning law firm with a family-oriented personal touch, please contact us. We serve families in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, and Virginia. Our practice is virtual, but we can meet face-to-face in Southwest Virginia and the Charlotte, North Carolina area.
